1. Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from? Can you ship to my country?
A: We ship directly from our warehouse in Asia and deliver to most countries worldwide. Some regions may be restricted due to local laws and regulations. You can check the available shipping destinations at checkout or contact our customer service for confirmation.

Q: How soon will my order ship? When will I receive it?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy page for estimated delivery timelines to different regions.

2. Returns & After-Sales Support
Q: Can I return the product?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used. We only accept returns if the item is in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: What should I do if I have an issue with my product?
A: Please contact our support team at YOOEENN@vers-toy.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos or videos are helpful). Depending on the situation, we will send a repair kit or provide an alternative solution.

3. Product Use & Compatibility
Q: Can I change the appearance?
A: Yes. Our interchangeable pillowcase system allows you to easily swap between different characters and styles, offering multiple looks with one core companion.

Q: Can I use my own accessories?
A: Yes. The universal base is compatible with most suction-cup accessories, provided the suction cup diameter is under 85mm. The included dildo and optional anal accessory are also detachable.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the product?
A:

  • Detachable parts (e.g., pillowcases, accessories) can be hand-washed with mild detergent and air-dried thoroughly.

  • Do not immerse or soak the core body. Surface stains can be wiped with a damp cloth.

  • No special maintenance is required. Simply avoid direct sunlight and damp environments, and store in a cool, dry place.

4. Customization & Repurchasing
Q: If I already own a full set, do I need to buy another one?
A: No. Thanks to the modular design of VERS-TOY, you only need to purchase additional pillowcases or accessories to enjoy new experiences—no need to buy another complete set.

Q: How does the custom image order process work?
A:

  • After placing your order, please promptly email your reference images along with your order number to our customer service.

  • We will confirm the design feasibility and details with you before proceeding.

5. Product Safety & Materials
Q: Why does my new product have a smell? Is it safe?
A: A slight odor from the materials or a light fragrance may be present upon unboxing. This is normal and not harmful. All materials are safety-tested, and our products are certified with CE, ROHS, and CPC standards for your safety.

Craftsmanship & Minor Imperfections

Q: What is the finish and quality like? Are the products perfect?
A: As a significant portion of our production involves meticulous handcrafting, minor imperfections such as small dimples, slight adhesive residues, tiny threads, or subtle printing marks may occasionally be present. These are inherent characteristics of hand-finished products and are not considered defects. While we continuously strive to optimize our processes for the highest possible standard, these small traces of craftsmanship cannot be entirely eliminated. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter when making your purchase decision.
