Refund & Return Policy

1. Customer Support

  • Response Time: We will respond to your inquiries within 1-2 business days. Inquiries received on weekends or public holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

2. Order Cancellation

  • You may request a free order cancellation by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours or once the order has entered the packing/shipping process cannot be guaranteed. We will attempt to intercept the shipment. If unsuccessful, you will need to follow the "Returns" process below after receiving the item.

  • Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 3-10 business days.

3. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against material and workmanship defects, starting from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers defects inherent in the product. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • To file a warranty claim, please contact us with a clear description and supporting photos/videos of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide repair parts, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Eligibility: To ensure hygiene and safety for all customers, we only accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging (with all seals intact) and with all accessories included. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Opened products are considered used and are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact customer service (YOOEENN@vers-toy.com) to request a return and provide photos of the unopened package.

    2. Once approved, our team will provide a designated return address.

    3. Ship the item back using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    4. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns for reasons such as "change of mind," "ordered wrong item," or "found a better price" are only accepted if the product meets the "unopened" condition stated above.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • After we process the refund, please allow 3-7 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to certain countries/regions, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, etc. Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Delivery Times: International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
