Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing reliable logistics services and transparent delivery information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Order Processing Time
As our products are carefully crafted and customized to meet your specific needs, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Delays of approximately 2–3 days may occur during holiday periods (e.g., Christmas). Customer service responses may also be delayed accordingly during these times. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
To reduce costs and offer competitive pricing, all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia.

Due to the size of our products, we primarily use sea freight for delivery. Delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 8 to 50 days, depending on the customs clearance process and local logistics in the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:

  • United States: Approximately 32 days

  • United Kingdom: Approximately 40 days

  • Europe, Australia, New Zealand: Approximately 50 days

    • Singapore: 18–23 business days
    • Thailand: 10 -14business days

  • Malaysia: 18–23 business days

  • Canada: 20–25 business days

  • Japan: Approximately 8 days

  • South Korea: Approximately 8 days

  • Other Countries: Approximately 40 days

Please note: The above times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or local holidays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

You may also log into your account at any time and check the latest shipping status in the “My Orders” section.

4. Modifying Shipping Address
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at YOOEENN@vers-toy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local postal service to arrange redelivery or forwarding.


Discreet Packaging Commitment

We take your privacy seriously. All orders are shipped in fully discreet packaging:

  • The outer packaging is a plain, unmarked box with no brand logos or product information (such as “Vers-toy” or “YOOEENN”).

  • Only necessary shipping labels are visible on the exterior—no indication of the contents inside.

  • Each item is packaged separately to ensure the contents remain completely unrecognizable from the outside, protecting your privacy throughout the delivery process.
